Better CLM is a collaborative document editing platform that allows users to create, edit, share, and sign documents in real time. The Service includes document upload, AI-powered document processing, track changes, inline comments, and electronic signature features.

3. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Upload or share content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable

By using the Service, you grant Better CLM a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. AI-Powered Features

Certain features of the Service use artificial intelligence to process and analyze documents. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated outputs may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-processed content before relying on it.

Content processed by AI features is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Electronic Signatures

The electronic signature features provided by the Service are intended to facilitate document signing. By using these features, you consent to conducting transactions electronically. You acknowledge that electronic signatures may be legally binding and that you are responsible for understanding the legal implications in your jurisdiction.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Limitation of Liability
